Ancient Egypt

Ancient Egypt was a very tough place to live as a slave. The Pharoah can do whatever he wants to do to you. If your a Farmer you can only have about a quarter of your own food because you have to give most of it to the pharoah!

The River Nile was the best place to live near because you can drink from it and you can grow crops there and the river floods very ofen so it is even better to live near ther on high ground!

The Mummies were only used for when a pharoah or a very famous Egyptian had died. Embalmers would pull out the eyes, rip out the tummie,wrap it in cloth and you"ve got a mummie! Then put it in jars and do the mummie rag!

Gods. The most important thing in the Ancient Egyptian times. The God "Ra" was the most important of all the 11 Gods. He is the God of sun. Without this God, Egypt wouldn"t be very hot and sunny!
